A major Augmented Reality Event will take place on Saturday December 5th in the Silicon Valley: The 1st AR DevCamp at Hacker Dojo located in Mountain View, CA. Different types of attendees from developers, geeks and AR enthusiasts to AR professionals and prestigious companies of the AR industry such as Metaio and Layar will be present. The meeting in mode unconference style will cover several topics, including trying to figure out how the various layers of an open augmented reality stack will fit together to support the requirements needed. Several AR Dev Camps will take place all over the world. Countries like UK, Australia, Canada, and South Korea already plan to launch local AR DevCamp soon.
