Over 150 attendees, many companies, products and prototypes all related to the current new technology buzz, Augmented Reality, with more than 20 specialized AR sessions. All of this taking place at the Hacker Dojo. Yes, I’m in the Silicon Valley, of course! And this is AR DevCamp!
On Saturday December 5, 2009 the first AR DevCamp took place in Mountain View, California. It was the opportunity to gather and meet up with people of the AR environment from developers, AR enthusiasts, marketing agents, students and researchers who work for NASA and other well-known companies specialized in various areas such as video games with UbiSoft who is probably preparing a secret surprise, but also Metaio who announced that Junaio will open its API for developers (and they did it last week), or even Google shortly after the Google Goggles has been launched . Here you can watch the trailer of the upcoming " First AR DevCamp Video - Full Version". Stay tuned!
